PRAI came into being more than fifty years ago as an individual trader and broker of raw materials for agriculture and industry.

The company soon developed and established itself as a leader within the sector.

As the business, particularly the shipping division, expanded over the years, it evolved into the PRAI TRADING & SHIPPING S.p.A of today, which was founded at the end of 1999.

PRAI TRADING & SHIPPING has since been reorganized under
a single head office in Rome, while its range of business has been extended to include trading in sulphuric acid, sulphur, fertilizers
and steel.
